The EMDR con Euge app is used during a session, with a professional present. Your therapist controls the rhythm and speed of the bilateral stimulation from their own device while you follow the stimulus on yours. It isn't a treatment on your own, the person seeing you directs it.
For practitioners
The app is included in your membership if you have the Directory + EMDR app plan. With the Directory plan, you get it free for a limited time from launch. Use it to run remote bilateral-stimulation sessions with your patients.
