How patients arrive

Some of the directory's inquiries come from search, and some from what Euge can't take on herself: she points them at the directory, at no cost. Either way, the person looking chooses on their own. The monthly fee buys no position, priority or referral.

Privacy for the people who contact you

Patients don't have an account with Psilumina. We never ask them for a name, email or phone. There's no contact form and no message store: contact goes straight to you, through a redirect. What we record is anonymous and aggregate, and identifies no one.
