Nuestra primera sesión tiene el objetivo de conocernos, determinar cómo vamos a trabajar, cuales son los objetivos terapéutico y cómo vamos a abordarlos. Siempre desde el respeto por tu historia, y buscando que el consultorio se convierta poco a poco en tu lugar seguro.

Why EMDR

EMDR es una terapia que llega ahí donde la palabra no alcanza. No es magia, pero es ciencia. El paciente tiene derecho a ser tratado con tratamientos basados en evidencia. Por ello, a mi manera de ver, EMDR es el modelo adecuado.

Orientation: Trabajo desde la terapia EMDR, con formación en Psicotraumatología y neurociencias.
